Claude is not just a chatbot anymore. Is your security team ready?
Claude.ai is one thing. Claude Cowork with MCP connections, running agentic workflows, taking actions across your data with ungoverned skills? That is a different conversation entirely, and most security teams are not equipped to govern it.
Harmonic Security is built to secure everything Claude offers. Full browser controls for Claude.ai, deep governance over agentic MCP workflows, and real-time visibility into what Claude is doing across your organization. So your CISO can say yes to the tools your business is already demanding.

OpenAI has unveiled Daybreak, a specialized initiative designed to flip the script on cybersecurity. Historically, attackers have had the upper hand, needing only one vulnerability to succeed while defenders must protect everything. Daybreak aims to use frontier AI to give the advantage back to the defenders by building security directly into the software lifecycle.
The Details:
Agentic Vulnerability Management: Using "Codex Security," the system builds threat models of entire repositories to identify attack paths rather than just isolated bugs. It doesn't just find holes; it suggests, tests, and validates patches in isolated environments.
Three Tiers of Access:
Standard GPT-5.5: For general development and knowledge work.
Trusted Access for Cyber: Offers precise safeguards for verified defensive tasks like malware analysis and secure code review.
GPT-5.5-Cyber: A high-permission version for specialized authorized workflows like red teaming and penetration testing, featuring enhanced account-level controls.
Industry Partnerships: OpenAI is already collaborating with giants like Cloudflare, Cisco, and CrowdStrike to integrate these capabilities into existing security flywheels.

Anthropic is making the lives of developers significantly easier with the introduction of Agent View in Claude Code. As AI agents become more capable of handling long-running, complex coding tasks, managing multiple sessions at once has become a logistical nightmare of terminal tabs and tmux grids. Agent View provides a centralized "cockpit" for these sessions.
The Details:
Centralized Management: By pressing the left arrow or running claude agents, developers can see every active session at a glance. The view shows which agents are working, which are finished, and which are waiting for human input.
Background Execution: Users can now push a task to the background using the /bg command. This allows Claude to work on a PR or a bug fix while the developer moves on to another task, only "peeking" back in when a decision is required.
Seamless Interaction: The "Peek" feature allows you to reply to an agent's question inline without leaving the overview, maintaining flow and reducing the "mental ledger" overhead.
Availability: This is currently in Research Preview for Pro, Max, Team, and Enterprise users.

The Thinking Machines Lab has announced a breakthrough in Interaction Models, moving away from the "I talk, then you talk" structure of current AI. Most today’s models use a "harness" to detect when a user stops speaking (Voice Activity Detection), which often feels clunky. Thinking Machines has trained a model from scratch to handle interaction natively.
The Details:
Micro-Turn Architecture: Instead of processing one large block of text or audio at a time, the model operates on 200ms micro-turns. It perceives and responds concurrently, allowing it to "backchannel" (saying "mhm" or "I see") while you speak, or interrupt you if it sees you making a mistake.
Multi-Stream Intelligence: The system uses a two-part architecture:
The Interaction Model: Handles real-time presence, audio, and video streams.
The Background Model: Handles "deep thinking," tool use, and complex reasoning asynchronously, feeding results back to the interaction model to weave into the conversation.
Visual Proactivity: Because the model "sees" and "hears" in the same continuous loop, it can react to visual cues without being prompted—such as counting your pushups in real-time or commenting on a bug as you write it.
Performance: Their "TML-Interaction-Small" model currently leads in responsiveness, achieving turn-taking latencies as low as 0.40s, significantly faster than existing commercial "live" modes.
🧠RESEARCH
This paper introduces STARFlow2, a system that helps AI create different types of content like text, images, and sound at the same time. It connects text-predicting brains with specialized tools that turn math into art, making the AI's creative output smoother and more realistic.
Researchers created "Soohak," a test to see if AI can solve professional-level math. Unlike basic school tests, mathematicians picked hard problems to challenge AI's logic. Large Language Models—computer systems that predict text—still struggle with these complex calculations and abstract proofs.
Instead of having AI strictly copy a "teacher" model, this method encourages the AI to find its own way to the right answer. By rewarding "rebellious" thinking that leads to success, the AI learns to solve problems more creatively and out-thinks traditional training methods.

New features like "Rambler" polish messy voice notes into professional messages, while "Create My Widget" lets you build custom home screen tools just by describing them.
Digital Biology: $2.1 Billion to Redesign Modern Medicine Isomorphic Labs, a digital biology company, raised $2.1 billion to accelerate how we discover and design new medicines. This massive funding will power their specialized "IsoDDE" engine, which uses intelligence to predict how drugs interact with the body, aiming to bring life-saving treatments to patients faster.
Muse Spark: Meta’s Leap Toward Personal Superintelligence Meta has launched Muse Spark, its most advanced model yet, which powers a faster and more conversational assistant across Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp. This model can use "subagents" to handle complex planning and "multimodal" perception to understand the world through your camera, such as identifying healthy snacks on a shelf.
The Mission to Practicality: OpenAI Launches "The Deployment Company" OpenAI is starting a new venture called The Deployment Company to help large organizations integrate advanced tools into their daily operations. Supported by over $4 billion in funding, the company will embed specialized engineers directly into businesses to rebuild their workflows and infrastructure around new technology.
Seamless Scale: Claude’s Full Toolkit Arrives on Amazon Web Services The Claude Platform is now fully available for Amazon Web Services (AWS) customers, allowing them to use the latest tools—like web search and code execution—within their existing cloud setup. This update ensures that developers can access the newest models and features the same day they launch while keeping their billing and security in one place.
Equity Alert: OpenAI and Anthropic Crack Down on Shadow Markets Both OpenAI and Anthropic have issued stern warnings that any private sales of their company shares (equity) without official board approval are void and worthless. They are alerting the public to avoid "investment scams" or unauthorized firms claiming to offer access to their stock through special funds or indirect contracts.
