While details remain scarce, Murati was in talks to raise over $100 million last October, signaling ambitious plans for AI development.

French President Emmanuel Macron announced a €109 billion AI investment ahead of the Paris AI Action Summit. Amazon plans to invest $100 billion in AI in 2025, surpassing last year’s $83 billion spend. CEO Andy Jassy calls it a "once-in-a-lifetime" opportunity, with most funding directed toward AWS's AI infrastructure. Amazon faces competition from OpenAI, Google, and Microsoft, all heavily investing in AI. Despite market skepticism after DeepSeek's low-cost AI model launch, Amazon remains committed to long-term AI expansion and faster delivery improvements.
